A $15,000,000 settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Bestway (USA) Inc. (“Bestway USA”), Bestway Inflatables & Material Corp. (“Bestway Inflatables”), and Bestway (Hong Kong) International Ltd (“Bestway Hong Kong”) (collectively “Bestway” or “Defendants”).
Who Is a Class Member?
You are part of the Settlement Class if you are a person in the United States, its territories, and/or the District of Columbia who purchased for personal use and not for resale, a Bestway-branded pool 48 inches in height or taller (including Power Steel, Steel Pro and Coleman Power Steel models) with compression straps located outside of the support poles, sold from 2008 through 2024. (“Class Products”)
